Use & Care

IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS

Do not allow children to use cookware without the supervision of an adult.

Do not leave cookware on high heat unattended.

Do not allow the handle to overhang directly above the stove burner to avoid handle overheating and causing burns.

Use caution when cookware is on the stove to prevent burns and other injuries.

Use protection when lifting lids or handles as these can get hot during use.

Before Use

Congratulations on your new cookware. Before using the new addition to your kitchen, remove packaging and dispose of accordingly. Wash in warm water with mild dishwashing detergent, rinse and dry with soft towel.

Cooking

We recommend that you use cookware that has a similar base diameter with your heat source.

When using cookware on a gas burner, ensure that the flame only touches the base of the pan.

For optimum heat distribution, we recommend using the low to medium heat setting.

Medium to high heat is recommended for browning, searing and boiling water.

Do not allow water to boil dry to prevent ruining the pan.

Do not use cooking oil spray as it will easily burn and carbonise on the ceramic coating, which will limit the performance of the cookware.

Always lift your pan, never shake or drag the pan across the hob.

We recommend only filling to a maximum of 2/3 of total capacity.

Avoid using sharp-edged metal kitchen utensils to prevent scratching the pan.

We recommend the use of wooden and heat resistant silicone utensils to prevent scratching and alter the cooking performance of the pan.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Non-stick properties on applicable cookware will become less effective over time with regular use and will be accelerated if the cookware is exposed to hight heat for long periods of time.

We recommend the use of wooden and heat resistant silicone utensils to prevent scratching and alter the cooking performance of the pan.

Cleaning

Allow cookware to cool down before washing.

Do not soak cookware in cold water when hot to prevent damage.

We recommend you use a soft non-scratch sponge to prevent scratching the pan.

Do not use steel wool or other coarse material to clean cookware.

To remove white film on the non-stick surface that sometimes occurs due to minerals in the water, you can gently rub lemon juice or vinegar with a soft cloth/sponge to remove, then rinse thoroughly.

Never use abrasive cleaners.

Maintaining

To maintain optimal performance of your cookware, we recommend seasoning your pan twice a year. To do this, you add 1/2 a teaspoon of vegetable oil to your pan and spread evenly. Place pan in a preheated oven at 150° C for 1 hour. Then, allow the pan to cool and wipe excess oil off with some paper towel. WARNING: Pan will be hot to touch. Use oven mitts to prevent burns or injuries.
